Purchasing offer of intermodal terminal located in eastern Poland, near to the Ukraine border.

It is one of the few terminals that integrate on their area the S-11 railway track (so-called: ,,broad`) used in China, Russia, Ukraine which has 1520 mm gap and 985 mb length with S47N track (so-called: normal) used in euorpe union that has 1435 mm gap and 965 mb length. Location, gauge and functionality gives the possibility of loading configuration – reloading and storage of different commodity groups. A detailed description is presented in the appendix.

This terminal due to the connection to the railway lines of Ukraine, Belarus, Russia and also China gives unlimited possibilities for transferring the goods by overland from Asia to Europe munication of the terminal with the road E373 (currently also road with the standards of the highway S12 is under construction) and a large area of warehouses allows to distribute the commodity mass with the use of road transport. A characteristic feature of this facility are low conversion costs of production halls into magazines. INTERMODAL TERMINAL AND STEEL STRUCTURE WAREHOUSE
Localization: The property is located in Poland in city Chelm, 15 kilometers from Ukrainian – Polish border, Lubelskie province. We own a Intermodal terminal and steel structure workshop. Total area of the property comes to 44.671 m2 (5ha) .
Summary characteristics of the property:

Area description: Total area of the property comes to 45 000 m². From the south the property border on PKP. From the north, the property verge on the railway line Lublin-Chelm-Dorohusk. There are two parallel railway lines on the property (`narrow` European and `broad`Russian) of 1 km length, used for transshipments of the steel goods between Europe and Ukraine.

Intermodal Terminal and Warehouse
Taking the advantage of excellent bearings of our property, we organized the possibility of making the transshipments of bulk merchandises and general cargo from narrow to wide gauge. Three storage halls situated on the surface of 12 000 m2 (therein one heated 7 500 m2), forklifts and three cranes of the lifting capacity of 20MT each are additional assets.

Steel structure workshop

The building of the factory of steel structures determines the element of technological chain; consist of the building of the factory of steel structures, refinery, sandblasting room, painting room and the office building about the surface of 3.460,7 m². Equipped in track-way, winch and gantry up to 12,5 and 8 tons.
The workshops of the total surface of 9000m² are designed for the production of heavy steel structures:
- hall production, bridge and roof constructions
- container production, cranes, silos and carriages repairment
- production of elements for railroads, mine and energy blocks
Hall no 1 of the surface of 5000m² applies for:
- production workshop equipped in 2 cranes 8,5 and 12,5 MT
- two cut to length lines for cutting hot and cold rolled steel coils
